Three generations of one family have run this firm: Harold Johnson helped found it in 1962, his son Hal joined in 1983, and Hal’s son Harry runs it today. Independent, family-owned brokerages have largely disappeared from this market. We’re one of the few left, and staying that way has been a deliberate choice.

For our team, that continuity is the practical difference. The clients you serve will likely still be clients in ten years, and so will your colleagues.

Property Manager
CJP manages residential and commercial properties across the Piedmont Triad, including single-family rentals, shopping centers, and industrial spaces. We’re looking for a property manager to oversee daily operations for our residential portfolio and support our brokers on commercial projects.
