Complete, Accurate Information
Every adult who will live in the property must apply. List all occupants, all vehicles, and any pets. Incomplete applications take longer, and the property may be gone by the time it is processed. Two forms of government-issued ID are required.
credit and background
Submitting an application authorizes us to run a credit check and contact the references you list. Neither is automatically disqualifying, but both need to be disclosed.
RENTAL HISTORY
We contact current and previous landlords. If you've been at your current address for less than two years, we'll ask about the one before it. A record of paying on time and leaving a property in good condition is the strongest thing an application can have.
VERIFIABLE INCOME
We verify employment (2 most recent paystubs) and income (4x monthly rent) for every adult applicant, including current and previous employers if you've been at your job less than a year.

Keys are checked out at our office Mon-Thurs 8:30am-3pm, and Friday from 8:30am-11am. You must have a $5.00 key deposit and an I.D. Keys must be returned to our office by 4 p.m. Mon- Thurs and by 12pm on Friday.
